We are living the age of one hit wonders again. Just like when punk rock got bought up and mtv started. Music became a soulless hype machine producing nothing lasting besides goofy nostalgia.

What mtv did to music the internet has done.

Once punk and rock and roll become meaningful again all of this hollow safe electropop will fade away once again.

i see the horizon

but there is a junkyard on fire

separating me and it.

rabid dogs and feral cats

line the trail.

ghosts and demons fill the ether surrounding.

none of the angels know what they are

or how to maneuver.

songs and dreams in my mind

lead the way.

the drum beats

but nobody has rhythm.

it is a strange pattern

but hopefully the feet start to tap.
